The Calibration Call, rewritten

0.3.1 is a focused release on top of the 0.3.0 rebuild. The Calibration Call graduates to a hand-written page with the research calls' evidence behind it. Every person and source named in tool and competency prose — and in figure captions — now links to its page and previews on hover. And the hover cards themselves were rewritten across the corpus to describe each source in its own words, with publication years on papers and a round of citation corrections. Plus the fixes that came with two weeks of use.

Rebuilt from the ground up

The card era is over. 0.3.0 replaces packs and cards with a map of management competencies, standalone tool and evidence pages, and Agent Mode for the tools you already work in, all on a new design system: new color, two typefaces, navcards, tooltips, presentable figures, and a per-page share card. Plus authorship labels, article versioning, and a redesigned footer, About page, and newsletter.

Navigation, dark mode, and a new homepage

Navigation, dark mode, and a new homepage

Navigation that hides as you scroll and reappears when you need it, a dark reading mode you can toggle from a floating pill, a new homepage with an interactive demo loop, and the launch of the blog and release notes. Plus a custom 404 page, a redesigned footer, cookie consent, and a stack of smaller fixes.
